The servers storing your personal data have been placed in a server room protected by appropriate security systems, which cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons in any way. Remote access to the servers serving the website is possible only through a specially encrypted channel, only for persons who need it for the operation of the server. Right to data portability:
You have the right to receive the personal data about you that you have provided to us in a segmented, widely used, machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another data controller without us obstructing it. The condition for this is that the data management is based on your consent and takes place in an automated manner.
Right to withdraw consent:
You are entitled to withdraw your consent to data management at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
Filing a complaint, legal remedy:
In Hungary, the data protection supervisory authority is: National Data Protection and Information Freedom Authority (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu). You are entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation. He is entitled to a judicial remedy against the decision of the supervisory authority.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data was not carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation and that your rights guaranteed by the Regulation have been violated, you can apply to the court.
In Hungary, adjudication of data protection lawsuits falls under the jurisdiction of the courts.
